LG Washing Machine Error Code PF: Power failure
Applies to LG washing machines that show PF on the display.
Not really an error: power to the washer was interrupted during a cycle. Check the breaker and restart the cycle.
What this code means
PF simply records that power was interrupted. The machine stopped safely; nothing is broken.
The manufacturer's checks, in order
- Check the outlet, plug and breaker.
- Restart the cycle once power is stable.
None — this is a notification, not a fault. Frequent PF codes with no outage suggest an electrical supply problem for an electrician.
