Samsung Washing Machine Error Code 4C2: Hot/cold error
Applies to Samsung washing machines that show 4C2 or 4E2, nF1 on the display.
The water coming in on the cold supply is extremely hot. Almost always, the hot and cold supply hoses are swapped.
What this code means
The washer monitors the temperature of the incoming water. When the cold inlet delivers hot water, the hoses have been connected the wrong way round.

- Connect the cold supply hose to the cold inlet and the hot supply hose to the hot inlet — match blue to blue and red to red.
