Samsung Dishwasher Error Code 7E: Waterwall reflector error
Applies to Samsung dishwashers that show 7E on the display.
The Waterwall reflector — the moving vane that sweeps spray across the tub — is blocked or not detected.
What this code means
Waterwall models sweep a reflector vane along the bottom of the tub to direct the spray. If the vane cannot move or its position sensor cannot see it, the machine flags 7E.
The manufacturer's checks, in order
- Check that no dishes or racks are blocking the Waterwall reflector vane at the back of the tub.
- Clean the reflector and its track, then re-run.
If the vane moves freely and 7E returns, the reflector motor or sensor needs service.
